Network identities

The existing network is Yongeza. All 50 proposed sites belong to the Ampersand buildout. Yongeza stations use green diamonds. Ampersand P1 sites use bright yellow circles and P2 sites use muted gold circles.

Priorities and deployment phases

P1 (35 sites) and P2 (15 sites) describe priority. Deployment Phase 1 (15 sites), Phase 2 (15 sites) and Phase 3 (20 sites) describe rollout. There is no P3 priority in the workbook.

Distance method

Distances use the Haversine formula with a mean Earth radius of 6,371.0088 km. They measure straight line proximity to all 55 mapped Yongeza stations, independent of map visibility. They are not road distances or travel times. Radius counts include stations on the boundary.

Ampersand proposed coordinates are site centre points. Eight Yongeza records have no coordinates, so the closest mapped station may differ from the closest actual station. Close pins are kept as separate records; zoom or search to select them.

Kitukutwe coordinate exception

N110 uses 0.4334614416, 32.6520676536 from “Version 4 - CBD base”, row 40, as selected by the owner. The “Final” point duplicates Kira (N081). The source district label is retained and has not been independently verified.

Unmapped Yongeza stations

Seven active stations and one inactive station are retained here. They are excluded from all geographic calculations.
